Featured in a Healthline article: Can Shaking Your Body Help Heal Stress and Trauma?

Last month (March 2021), I was tickled pink to be interviewed by Australian health and wellness blogger (and improv comedian) Marnie Vinall for an article on Healthline.com. 

 

Do I think that simply engaging in a regular shaking practice will cure depression, anxiety, or PTSD? No, I don't.

 

HOWEVER, I encourage/challenge (pick the language that works for you) anyone struggling with mental/emotional imbalances to bring this practice into their life every day for a week - even if for 30 seconds a day - and note how it impacts them.
