Come thru! 💅🏻💅🏽💅🏿

We’ll be shedding our skins 🐍, laughing together, and supporting our nervous systems via:

  • Developing sustainable, flexible self-care rhythms

  • Community support

  • The wisdom of yoga & Ayurveda

  • A focus on creativity & joy

  • Psychoeducation on post-traumatic growth & mental health from holistic lenses

  • Embodiment & co-regulation via somatic practices (on live Zoom calls & recorded exercises)

  • Self-compassion-fueled habit change

  • Being witnessed & supported  in your growth and wholeness by your cohort members (Julia Cameron, author of The Artist’s Way calls this being “believing mirrors” for each other 🪞).

Feedback from cohort 1

My participation in the Fall of 2024 was my first experience working with Adair as a facilitator. I found her workshop as a whole to be focused, well-researched, comprehensive, poignant, and appurtenant to our time in this modern world.

Adair is assertive yet inclusive, soft yet energetic, and well versed in trauma-informed practice. She goes to great lengths to make sure every voice is heard and supported. She provided an abundance of supporting resources and materials to help participants while in session, as well as after and outside of the container as whole. I highly recommend Adair to friends as a facilitator and coach.

The Greenhouse is for people who…

  • are invested in regulating their nervous systems & building a felt-sense of safety in their bodies.

  • are open to the idea that enhancing our relationships with pleasure & ease can be deeply healing.

  • are neurodivergent, neurospicy, neurocomplex, neuro-curious, or simply enjoy being in environments designed for neurodivergent minds.

  • are excited about the ease and joy that comes from healing in good company. This is a trauma-sensitive program. (Learn more about identifying trauma).

  • believe (or are curious about the idea) that we are connected in our liberation.

Wondering if it’s is for you?

Book a free 15-minute strategy call with me, your friendly transformation doula.

Whether or not you decide that The Greenhouse is for you, working together 1:1 is always an option.

What ya get:

  • A strong container for transformation. We have a total of eight (8) 75-minute group calls on Zoom over the course of 8 weeks. You’re invited to celebrate wins and share what’s working, participate in guided meditations & somatic practices, explore the topic(s) of the week, troubleshoot and get support with what’s not working, and connect in breakout rooms. Come as you are. The calls are recorded & will be sent out within ~24 hours.

  • Group connection. You will have the option of joining a group forum where you can stay in touch with your cohort members to celebrate your successes and reach out for support.

  • An accountability partner. This is the secret sauce of the program. You will have the opportunity to choose or be matched with an AP. Your AP is someone who’s doing the work alongside you in the container. They “get it” and can help you stay compassionately accountable.

  • A weekly journaling +/- “playwork” (rather than homework) prompt

  • Weekly recorded practices/teachings that you can access throughout the program

Testimonials from a previous program called Being Extraordinary

  • I've been amazed at the power of moving through them with a group of committed women. So much has shifted beyond the habits - letting go of old patterns and things that no longer serve me. Watching and hearing others going through the same process has accelerated my own growth.

  • I'm grateful for this group. It is giving me the platform to show up for myself in the best way possible that I know how in each moment. My favorite part is the weekly live group meetings and connecting with everyone.

  • Being in Being Extraordinary means being extraordinarily myself and stepping into my unique role in the group.

  • Adair embodies alignment. As an educator she brings authenticity to the forefront. As a member of BE in 2020-21 I entered a space that became the container where I explored intentionality, mindful community, and how to apply healthy habits with curiosity and compassion. Working with Adair has been an integral part journey into my own authenticity.

  • Working with Adair has truly deepened my understanding of my physical and spiritual self. As a social worker and mentor, I am frequently navigating high stress situations. With Adair's guidance and coaching, I have the tools to ground myself when everything feels chaotic, but at the same time, she has provided me with the tools to nurture and empower myself. I have learned the importance of balancing the need to serve myself before I am able to serve others, and those lessons have all been rooted in joy and self-worth.

  • It’s like spiritual skinny dipping!

  • When you listen to other people and you’re on a similar page, there’s an articulation and a vocabulary that you get from everybody else that kind of helps to craft and shape your own introspection that I really appreciate.

  • I always appreciate hearing what’s going on with other people and realizing how much I resonate to other people’s journey - and that uber thing of not feeling alone on this path. It’s super important, you know?

  • I appreciated the chance to think without limit and let my mind go all over the place with the possibilities.

What it’s not:

  • Trauma therapy. We’re not going to be diving into trauma narratives as you might in a group or trauma-specific therapy setting (e.g., EMDR). Instead, along with psychoeducation about trauma & post-traumatic growth, you’ll have guided practices to support you in connecting safely with your body, and help with initiating new habits that support healing. These are powerful for releasing trauma patterns held in the body.

  • A place to share details about your trauma. Feeling heard and seen is important, and your story matters. While there will be space to speak to your experience, giving specific details about our trauma can be activating to others. In essence, share what you need to share to feel heard and seen, knowing that this can help others - while not dumping. There’s no doing any of this perfectly, and sometimes we have to learn on the fly (I know I do).

Another note:

This program pairs well with therapy. Due to the nature of the program, we’ll be touching on the topic of trauma. If you’re not working with a therapist, it’s best to have at least 1 solid processing practice (e.g. journaling, yoga), and/or a support person with whom you can process honestly.

Your investment:

  • Justice and Equity Rate: $222. Reserved for LGBTIQ+ folks, people of color, disabled folks and anyone otherwise underrepresented and under-supported in wellness spaces.

  • Middle of the Road Rate: $444. This rate is for people with consistent, steady, reliable income with the strong desire to invest in their long-term wellbeing. This is the “real cost” of the program.

  • Sustainer Rate: $555. This rate goes to support those underserved & underrepresented in wellness spaces. Paying this rate is a way of shifting the field with resources available to you, and ensures that this pricing model can continue.

Payment plans are available.

Wording in this section was borrowed from Jacoby Ballard.

Your commitment:

  • Be open to beautiful change (including the possibility of releasing old stories/habits/relationship patterns).

  • Maintain contact with your accountability partner 1x/week (or more if it pleases you!).

  • Schedule time for putting the weekly playwork/journal prompt into action.

  • Be considerate in your sharing

  • Aspire for an oppression-free container: We strive for this space to not replicate systems of oppression (ableism, racism, misogyny, queer & transphobia, anti-fat bias), and yet, it may arise. We will collectively make space to name it, be with it, and process it as it arises, cultivating harm-reduction over time. (Words borrowed from Jacoby Ballard 🙏🏻)

  • If you are on a payment plan, it is your responsibility to put your payment schedule in your calendar and make payments on the agreed-upon dates.

Not sure?

If you’re feeling drawn to The Greenouse but aren’t sure about signing up, I invite you to explore where that shows up in your body. This is something we can explore on a call together.
