Vegan GF Peanut Butter Balls How-to & Christmas heritage

"Now that I'm big, I eat as many peanut butter balls as I want!"

I share about my grandfather's family history and traditional Danish Christmas foods while offering my own dairy- and gluten-free, low*er*-glycemic (not low!) twist on my favorite yuletide culinary tradition: peanut butter balls. I was so inspired by historian Ruth Goodman's storytelling in the BBC series (serieses?) Victorian Farm, Tudor Monastery Farm, etc. I try my hand at sharing a recipe and how-to while weaving in storytelling. Grocery list for vegan, GF peanut butter balls:- peanut butter ("natural")- maple syrup- corn starch- crispy rice cereal (I used One Degree brand - they're GF)- dairy-free chocolate chips (generic brands may or may not contain dairy)  Delightful detail: I didn't even position the cup like that...(a Valentine's gift from James Robert Brown a few years ago).
