Adair Finucane, LMSW

Bringing a body-first,
systems-aware approach
to wellbeing

grounded in research, lived experience,
& relational wisdom.

Feeling burnt out from your efforts at making the world a more livable, loving place?

📣 It’s not a “youproblem.

It’s systemic.

🌊Your energy is your most valuable resource.
It's worth protecting.

I understand what it’s like to feel
overwhelmed & under-resourced while wanting to be a
force for collective change.

…so, I help changemakers —

  • activists & advocates

  • healers

  • therapists & medical practitioners

  • cycle-breakers

  • teachers, &

  • compassionate leaders

    — move from systemic overwhelm & depletion into
    a felt-sense of safety & wellbeing.

    TRP, group program participant

I’ve been called a healer’s healer. Using my lived experience as a 🧩 neurodivergent, 🏳️‍🌈 queer mom navigating CTPSD, and extensive training in 🧠 mental health (licensed social worker, trauma researcher, & trauma-informed facilitator), 💪🏾 physical wellbeing (Ayurvedic health coach & somatics teacher), and 🕯️spirituality (yoga & meditation teacher) I help people like us to shine bright instead of burning out.

How I serve

  • A trauma-informed, nervous-system first approach to wellbeing.

Organizations are like root systems; everyone is connected. With my approach, the impact goes beyond the individual and into the collective.

    In-person and virtual

  • For those who want to feel safe in their bodies and be in relational integrity with self, others, and the Earth.

This work is emergent — it can include somatic emotional processing and skillbuilding, breathwork, yoga postures, attention to mindset and mental/behavioral patterns, Ayurvedic guidance, and support in establishing self-care rituals.

    In person and virtual

  • For groups (e.g., birthday parties, affinity groups, & community organizations), who want to explore holistic wellness through yoga classes, meditation and mindfulness, somatics, or any combination of the above.
