About me

I’ve gathered a 👜 Mary Poppins bag full of modalities and practices for shifting energy, clearing trauma, and opening to new possibilities, and sharing them brings me joy.

I’m a healer’s healer and shapeshifter. I’m also a mom, wife, writer, multidisciplinary artist, fun aficionado, & lifelong horsewoman.

I have a BA in psychology from SUNY Geneseo and a Masters in Social Work from SUNY University at Buffalo,

My lived experience includes being a queer woman on the autism spectrum in recovery from complex PTSD and perinatal mood disorders.

Pregnancy & Mental Health

I join Alexandra Kreis on her podcast, Outer Journey - Inner Travel to share my prenatal mental health story.

Don’t take my word for it!

  • “Adair is such a great teacher because always she shows up as her genuine self – possessed of deep wisdom…and yet daring to be vulnerable and open to new experiences and ways of seeing and being in the world. She embodies what it means to be a true advocate and ally for those who have survived trauma. She is supportive and creative and funny and adaptable and above all, deeply cares. She is a blessing in my life.”

Mickey Sperlich, PhD, midwife & perinatal mental health researcher

  • "Adair is a gifted and talented Healer and one of the most empathetic humans I know. As part of her Being Extraordinary coaching cohort, I learned how to take care of myself and make my own healing work sustainable She is a joy to be with And a unique and much-needed spirit in our world. Her presence is an antidote for these wild and unnerving times. I recommend Adair to anyone In need of extra love, wisdom, health wellness tool for thriving, and care."

Halli Faulkner, JD, MAEd, YACP - trauma-informed trainer & yoga therapist

  • “Adair is amazing! I felt confident and at ease as soon as I spoke to her. She worked to understand our needs, provide suggestions, and collaborate on a plan for the workshop. Adair’s ability to connect with young people was so natural, especially considering the challenges of working in a virtual space. Adair’s approach and self-care strategies were incredibly insightful, and the feedback we received from young people was outstanding. The knowledge and skills learned in the session will have a lasting impact on all participants.”

Alli Truesdell, Youth Participation Manager, UNICEF Canada

  • "Adair was phenomenal and professional. An absolute joy to work with and captivating speaker. She owns the room and has a command of her subject. Has my full endorsement for continued success!!"

Ryan Marlatt, Manager of Organizational Learning & Development, Highland Hospital

  • "It was a pleasure to have Adair lead our group in a mindfulness exercise before the beginning of our meeting. It created a sense of wellbeing and grounded our team of Mental Health professionals. It set the tone for a wonderful evening and everyone appreciated having her share her practice. Thanks Adair!"

Zahra Khalfan, Endorsement Coodinator, NYS-Association for Infant Mental Health

  • "Adair is a fantastic facilitator! We co-facilitated a virtual event for youth centred around self-care. She exuded a comforting confidence that promoted sharing and kept everyone engaged. She skillfully applied a trauma-informed lens to create an atmosphere of openness, learning, and authenticity. The participants loved her and she was absolutely fantastic to work with."
